Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the EIP Mobile Application ("the App") provided by Mineral Alam Abadi Group ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

The EIP Mobile Application is an enterprise resource planning and internal communication platform designed for employees and authorized users of Mineral Alam Abadi Group. The App provides access to:

• Company resources and information systems
• Internal communication tools and notifications
• Business processes and workflow management
• Employee services and support features

The App is intended solely for authorized personnel of Mineral Alam Abadi Group and its affiliates. To use the App, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be an employee, contractor, or authorized user of MAA Group
• Have received proper authorization and credentials
• Agree to comply with all company policies and procedures

As a user of the App, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when required
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Use the App only for legitimate business purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the intellectual property rights of the company and others
• Report any security vulnerabilities or unauthorized access immediately

You may not use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Use the App for personal commercial activities unrelated to company business
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

The App and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Mineral Alam Abadi Group and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for authorized business purposes.

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times. We may suspend or terminate service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mineral Alam Abadi Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your devices.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jakarta, Indonesia.
